Nina Moriko (My Story)
A tsundere from My Story. Nina and Taro are childhood friends. While she is spunky, competitive and argues with Taro a lot at first she becomes more loving warm-hearted and caring as she matures. Nina and Taro develop strong feelings for each other, despite the obstacles they face. Also, Taro has suffered the loss of his father while Nina has suffered the loss of both parents and both realize how much they need each other and no longer sad, lonely, or depressed, and are happy and stronger by each other's side.
Chitoge Kirisaki (Nisekoi)
The daughter of the lead of the Bee Hive Gangsters and in a fake relationship with Ichijo Raku. She is half-Japanese and half-American. She had a hard time making friends as a child leading to her cold demeanor but develops feelings for Raku.
Louise Francoise Le Blanc de La Valliere is a second year student at the Tristain Academy of Magic and a terrible mage. She is the third daughter of the noble la Valliere family. While it takes her a while to admit it, she falls in love with Saito Hirage, the familiar she summons.
Mizaka Ayuzawa (Maid-Sama!)
The female lead of Maid-Sama! Mizaka has a hatred towards most boys due to her father abandoning her with her mother and sister at a young age. She works at a maid cafe to help her mother pay off her father's debt. Usui Takumi discovers her working at the maid cafe. As a promise not to tell the school of her working there, Mizaka becomes Usui's maid for a day.
The heir to the Sanzenin fortune, Nagi is short-tempered, spoiled, anti-social, and socially withdrawn. She hates to lose and admit her faults. Nagi struggles with confessing her feelings towards Hayate. Nagi is however a smart girl and does care about her friends and family.
Haruhi Suzumiya (The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya/Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu)
Haruhi Suzumiya can be funny, eccentric, and even unpredictable. She is interested in aliens, time travel, and does not care for "ordinary" human beings. Haruhi creates a parallel universe to deal with her emotions. She takes an interest in Kyon and gets angry and jealous whenever he talks to other girls.
I've said it before, Sword Art Online is an anime that's either well liked or well hated and the characters are no different. I will consider a tsundere she but changes pretty quickly making her a neo-tsundere. After knowing Kirito better she becomes kind and helpful and loves and cares for Kirito deeply.
Stella Vermillion (Chivalry of a Failed Knight/Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry)
One of my favorite tsunderes, though she's a neo-tsundere who changes a bit faster. While fiesty and hot-tempered at first she becomes kind and caring. While not thrilled about sharing a room with Ikki Kurogane at first she grows closer to him and the two develop feelings for each other. She pushes Ikki to become stronger and fulfill his desire and wish.
A classic 1980's tsundere her design was inspired by actress Phoebe Cates and Japanese singer Akina Nakamori. She is a smart and talented high achiever with a mature figure but also has a reputation as a young delinquent. Upon meeting Kyosuke she reveals a kind and selfless personality and progresses her relationship with Kyosuke.
Mikoto Misaka (A Certain Magical Index)
While she is considered a proper lady to most people, Mikoto really has a short-tempered, pitiful, improper attitude. Though she has a strong sense of morals and hates injustice. She has a competitive but one-sided rivalry with Touma Kamijou despite his attempts to avoid conflict.
One of the most well-known tsundere, Taiga Aisaka earns the nickname "Palm-Top Tiger" for her small stature yet fierce hot-tempered personality. However, she shows to be a kind and loyal person. While she initally had a crush on Yusaku Kitamura she develops feelings for Ryuji Takasu.
Asuka Langley (Evangelion)
The second child who pilots Evangelion Unit 02. Asuka feels a need to verbally and sometimes physically lash out at everyone around her, except her unrequited crush, Ryouji Kaji. However, on her better days she can be cheerful and friendly.
While she appears like a normal 16-year-old high school student at first, her Whispered abilities attracts the attention of terrorist organizations. Sousuke Sagara is assigned by to protect her by Mithril. While initally annoyed by Sousuke, Chidori and Sousuke grow closer and express feelings for each other.
Shana (Shakugan no Shana)
Probably one of the most lovable tsunderes. While initially cold and feisty towards Yuji she develops feelings for him and shows how much she cares about him. Shana makes one of the biggest changes in any character I've seen going from cold, cruel, and angry to being warm, kind, and caring.
Rin is a top student and idol at Shirou's school. Rin is secretly a Magus and Master in the Fifth Holy Grail War. She is very competitive and proves to be a skilled Magus. Rin gains feelings for Shirou despite her competitiveness.
Victorique de Blois (Gosick)
Victorique is a 15-year-old student at Saint Marguerite Academy and has the appearance of a doll being very small in size. She is very intelligent and lives her life as an enigma. While initially cold and easily annoyed, she warms up to Kazuya Kujo and cares deeply about him. Victorique and Kujo develop feelings for each other.
Kyou Fujibayashi (Clannad)
Kyou is a bad-mouthed and aggressive girl. She remains a steady relationship with Tomoya Okazaki. She has feelings for Tomoya.
Kirino is Kyousuke's 14-year-old younger sister. She is a mature for her age with a cold personality.
While initially bossy and rude to her brother Kyousuke, she opens up to him and develops feelings for him. Because this is incest, I only made her an honorable mention.
Born and raised in the Western Borders of the Empire, Mine's childhood was subjected to harsh ridicule and misery from people because of her half foreign blood. She is short-tempered and easily irritated to those she doesn't know well. However, she is kind and warm to those she opens up to. She develops feelings for Tatsumi.
Fierce like a wolf, and flat-chested, Ryouko fights thugs using special Neko Neko Knuckles developed by Majolica. She puts up a strong and fierce front to hide her inside nature of being more kind and frightened of certain things. While Ryouko is initially hostile about Ryoushi's timid nature, she accepts him as someone who can watch her back in fights.
Izumo is a student at Exorcism Cram School of True Cross Academy, nicknamed "polkabrows" due to her eyebrows. She can be condescending towards her classmates but shows signs that she does care for them.
A 16-year-old skilled in En-Jutsushi and successor to the Kannagi family's head. While arrogant and irrational she's proud of her family's heritage. While she claims to hate Kazuma Yagami, she does develop a feelings for him and is easily jealous when he gets close to another woman.
Mio is Taro Sado's senior and the head of his school club. She is violent to Taro due to her superiority complex. There are implications that she has feelings for Taro.
A female transfer student at Butei High School. An Assault department S-Rank Butei. Aria is a very loud and outspoken girl and often bossy and immature. While she often clashes with Kinji Tohyama, she is really in love with him but doesn't show it due to her prideful nature.
A 17-year-old student and resident of Hinata Inn, Naru has a fiery temper and tendency to be very physical, mainly with Keitaro Urashima, whenever she thinks he's acting perverted. She develops feelings for Keitaro but is unable to admit it for a long time.
Ibuki is a second-year student, class rep, and Kazuma's classmate. She doesn't like Kazuma Hoshina at first and doesn't like him near her best friend, Ui Nakatsugawa. Ibuki does develop feelings for Kazuma.
Selnia is a stubborn girl with pigtails that look like drills. She comes from a rich family and doesn't take crap from anyone.
Akane is the youngest of Soun Tendo's three daughters and one of the heirs to the Anything Goes School of Martial Arts. Akane can be stubborn, short-tempered, and relentless. She is highly skilled in martial arts being fast, strong, and agile. However, she can be compassionate and helpful. While Akane doesn't like Ranma at first due to her distrust of boys, she develops romantic feelings for him and gets jealous easily whenever he is with other girls.
